Payment:

I accept most common forms of online payment, including Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. All payments are processed through secure encryption. If a purchases is flagged as suspect, I may request additional verification from buyer. I do not accept checks, echecks, money orders, or similar monetary transfers.

I have an ethical opposition to payment installment apps, and as such are not offered on my website. If a purse/rug/art piece remains unsold in the shop for one week, the listing will be updated with a note that I can be contacted regarding it in order to figure out a payment plan that best fits. I want my items to go to loving homes, and I also care for whom they go to.

Cancellations:

I accept cancellations no questions asked so long as the buyer contacts me within 24 hours of purchase to begin the refund process. After such time, a 10% restocking fee from original total will be charged.

Cancellation of a partially paid order made through the Ghoul List or from a "Work Spot" listings results in a 10% restocking fee from original total.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because of the nature of handcrafted items, returns & exchanges will be dealt on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 3 business days of delivery with your order number to begin an evaluation of your claim.

In cases of "buyers remorse" there is a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item(s) before a refund can be processed and completed.

Items that have been made for The Ghoul List program and Work Spot sales are NOT eligible for returns, or exchanges. The deposit is non-refundable, and ALL sales for these channels are final.

Shipping:

Domestic Contiguous US Shipping is free on orders totaling $100.00 before shipping and tax. Parcel(s) will be sent using USPS First Class or Ground Advantage shipping services.

⚠️ All handcrafted bags, rug tufted, and other large pieces (minimum size of 1.5ft x 1.5ft and up ) are excluded from free shipping promotions. ⚠️
In order to help insure a safe and quick delivery of large handcrafted items, I require that they must be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (for oversized packages) with premium services (additional insurance and signature confirmation). If for some reason another service was selected that does not include these features, you will be charged the difference to upgrade to a service that reflects this policy. Refusal results in a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Items sent with Priority Mail come fully covered for the original purchase cost before ship. In the event of damage during shipping please contact your carrier to begin filing a claim. Please reach out if you need any kind of assistance from me!

In the event of shipping overcharges, you will receive a refund as soon as an overage is noted, and it will go back to your original payment method.

I ship packages within 1-2 business days of order with products marked as READY TO SHIP. I use USPS as my main carrier. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping out your item(s), I shall contact you as soon as possible. If you want a package expedited/mailed sooner (subject to handling fee) please feel free to contact me and let me know.

Please allow a buffer of up to 2 business day on ready to ship items for your tracking number to update before submitting any inquiries.

International Buyers:
Unfortunately due to various complications, international shipping is not offered directly in the shop. However, I am willing to help overcome the obstacles on a case by case basis for those who are patient and willing to work through these problems with me. Please feel free to reach out and we can work on it together!

Due to the high demand and limited quantities of my products, some items are restricted to one per customer, such as but not limited to handmade purses; any listing falling under this policy will be noted in the description. Failure to comply will result in a canceled order + restocking fee.
In the event a product is oversold, regrettably those sales will be cancelled and refunded as soon as the mistake is noted
Please be advised, my home and workspace is an incense & pet friendly environment.
